Guys we all get triggered, this is our every day dance of energies and path to growth and self awareness., The deal is, when you know the trigger it comes from your inner being, you know the steps and you actually enjoy it, Lets dance together. Here below are 10 basic steps, cha cha cha, tango, salsa, whatever you prefer. Is your dance, make it the best dance ever.

  1. NUMBER ONE- DO NOT REACT, BUT RESPOND
  2. GO OUT IN NATURE, GAIA ALWAYS HELPS
  3. DO YOUR YOGA PRACTICE, MEDITATION, PRANAYAMA
  4. STOP JUDGING SITUATION AND YOURSELF FOR NOT FEELING PERFECT AT THE MOMENT, YOU ARE OK AND BEAUTIFUL
  5. GO TO SLEEP EARLIER THAT DAY AND PROCESS IN YOUR SLEEP, LET THE BODY AND MIND RECHARGE AND REST
  6. KEEP IN MIND THAT NOTHING LASTS FOREVER AND ALSO TRIGGER WILL PASS
  7. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A GAME, DO NOT TAKE IT TOO SERIOUS, TRY TO FIND FUNNY SIDE, tell yourself that after this is over you will laugh
  8. PUT YOUR ATTENTION TO THE THING THAT IS GOING GOOD IN YOUR LIFE, For example gratitude… if you can not find anything, there is plenty of things to be grateful for, for example AIR that we breath, Water that we drink, food that we eat, clouds, and the stars and the moon and the sun that we can see with our physical eyes. Be grateful for whatever you see in your existence, grateful for yourself, for your body, for every part of the body, say thank you to your eyes, to your ears, to all your FIVE SENSES. With these five senses you came to this existence to experience the joy and happiness on planet earth. If you shut down all this senses, your experience is over. That is why have a daily practice of being thankful for all your five senses. With detachment of the five senses, you can have your spiritual experiences. This we will work after you let go of your triggers, traumas, and old patterns. We love you.
